This Combo is made for Sword Fishing but can most definitely be used for other applications. The light weigh Compact Talica 50 with it's high line retrieval rate will make them deep dropped much more barrable and time saving. The Hyper has everything required for a great Sword rod, being fully runnered and braid friendly, also the bent butt gives an advantage for them long fights and straight up and down battles.

Line Spooling:
We would recommend to spool up with any good quality 8ply braid followed by 37Kg Momoi Top Shot, finished with a short double to connect a 300lb Wind On Leader.
