When droning for in a Land base fishing environment It's important that your baited lines keep firm and secure on the sea bed. This can't be done easily with any ordinary conventional sinkers, as they're generally too heavy and can slip away from position. This can cause line interference and movement that can allow for tangles, weed to catch the line from the shore breaking waves.
Weighing only 200g makes it possible to drone out baits more times using less battery life. It also opens up the possibility to fish in unfavourable condition that other methods will fail.
The line weight really depends on conditions and main line weights but would usually be between 10lb - 20lb
